What Is A2 Gir Cow Milk? A2 milk comes from Gir cows — a pure native Indian breed — that naturally produce milk containing the A2 beta-casein protein. Unlike the A1 protein found in most commercial and packaged milk, A2 milk is widely considered easier to digest and nutritionally closer to the traditional desi cow milk that Indian families have relied on for generations. Gir cows are also known for producing milk with a naturally high fat content, which is why our milk looks and tastes noticeably thicker and creamier than standard packaged milk. No adulteration, no standardisation, no mixing — just pure milk as it comes from the cow. About Radharaj Organic Farm Radharaj Organic Farm is a Jaipur-based dairy farm. Our Gir cows are naturally raised on clean farm fodder without artificial growth hormones, steroids, or antibiotics in their regular feed. The cows are kept in hygienic sheds, milked at a fixed time each morning, and the milk is fat-tested and dispatched for delivery the same day. We do not store milk overnight — what is collected in the morning reaches your home the same morning. We are not a brand buying milk from multiple sources. The milk you receive comes directly from our own cows. You are welcome to visit our farm and see the animals, the milking process, and the quality checks yourself. Our Quality Process Every batch of A2 Gir cow milk is fat-tested before delivery. Fat percentage typically ranges between 4.5% and 6%, varying by season and lactation stage. This test confirms no water has been added and the milk meets our quality standard before it leaves the farm. We deliver in reusable glass bottles — food-safe, chemical-free, and better for preserving the natural taste and freshness of milk compared to plastic pouches or tetra packs.
