What Is A2 Gir Cow Milk?
A2 milk comes from Gir cows — a native Indian breed — that naturally produce milk with A2 beta-casein protein. Unlike the A1 protein found in most commercial packaged milk, A2 milk is considered easier to digest and is closer to the traditional desi cow milk that Indian families consumed for generations. Gir cows also have a naturally high fat percentage in their milk, which is why our milk is visibly thicker and more nutritious compared to packaged alternatives.

Radharaj Organic Farm is a Jaipur-based dairy farm that delivers A2 Gir cow milk and buffalo milk directly from our farm to homes across the city. We are not a distributor, not a brand buying milk from multiple sources — the milk comes from our own cows, collected fresh every morning, fat-tested, and dispatched for delivery the same day. Our Quality Process
Every batch of milk is fat-tested before delivery. The fat percentage in our A2 Gir cow milk is typically between 4.5% and 6%, varying by season and lactation stage. This confirms no water has been added and the milk is as thick and nutritious as it should be.
We deliver in reusable glass bottles. Glass is food-safe, does not leach chemicals into the milk, and preserves the natural taste better than plastic pouches or tetra packs. Empty bottles are collected the next morning for cleaning and refilling.
